Keep Moving & Flowing.

My own personal experiences with health and wellness have led me to where I am presently at.

Water always calls me and invites me in. It restores me, cleanses me, energizes me. Sometimes it feels powerful and strong, while other times it is calm and peaceful. But it is always flowing and moving.

With my strong Connection with Water, I have learned that there are ebbs and flows of waves in our life, our health, and our healing and it can sometimes be a crazy wave to ride. Life is not linear. Our Health and Healing are not linear. There are no quick fixes, overnight cures, or shortcuts when it comes to our health and wellness.

When I first started working with people, I focused more on the physical side of health. But as I continued to educate myself and go through my own health issues and life journey, I came to understand that there were so many other components to living a healthy life. It is not just about exercise and nutrition, but also involves paying attention to sleep and rest, the mind-body connection, our energy states, and the process of healing the mind, body and spirit on all levels.

As I started gaining a much higher awareness of my body, I was able to finally start listening to it, understand it and appreciate it. I stopped beating my body and myself up and started treating it more with kindness. After I began to allow it to rest and recover, I could finally start to hear what it was really telling me that it needed. I began to discover the root causes of physical and emotional ailments, work with them, and could provide the nourishment to help them heal.

The more we Nourish ourselves, the more we can begin to feel our optimal, strong, vibrant, radiant, energetic selves. Taking the time for your own self-care must be a priority. And with more Awareness, Understanding and Compassion towards our bodies and ourselves, we can ride the waves of life more easily.

Just as water flows, we must create movement, growth and flow in our bodies, our mind, our energy, and in our lives.

I now fill my space with constant flowing Gratitude, Love and Grace. And I promise to treat you, care for you, and provide you with the same.

Your Personal Health Curator

People have been Trusting me with their health and fitness journeys for over ten years. By combining years of experience, knowledge and research, I have a deep passion for helping others feel their best selves.

Living a life active in dance and playing competitive sports, including Basketball, Volleyball, Track, Tennis, Running, Soccer, Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiujitsu, Boxing, and Muay Thai, has taught me to always push my limits because I believe we are all capable of more than what we think. It also led me to believe in the importance of creating movement in our lives.

Graduating from the University of Detroit Mercy with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing Degree, I also hold many Licenses and Certifications, all adding to my growing and evolving knowledge of health and wellness that is all encompassing for the mind, body and spirit.

Using a genuine compassionate practice, I meet the client where they are at on the day of their session to determine the best approach to helping them align back to themselves. With my belief that if you give the body what it needs, it can heal itself, I strive to provide a safe, loving, and supportive space to help you address your needs and concerns, to create movement in your body and energy space, and help to bring the body back into balance physically, mentally and energetically.
