Sessions can take place in-person at Sondra Vogel’s training space, your own home training space, or online, via Zoom, sessions.
Personal Training Sessions are designed to help the client achieve their health and fitness goals. Focuses can include: increasing strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, fat loss, improved nutrition, total body functioning and movement, sport specific, mind body connection, etc. The structure of sessions are dependent upon the client’s needs and creating a unique individualized plan to improve their overall health.
